1. At the time of interview, take along two copies of all your certificates that you have signed and two original passport size photos, along with the original certificates.
2. People will have to select three places that they wish to be considered for placement at the desired workplace in the Ayushman Arogya Mandir AYUSH scheme.

11. Any yoga instructor living within 5 to 10 km area of AYUSH / Health and Wellness Center will be given preference.
12. There will be a specific spot in Ayushman Arogya Mandir for people taking part in Yoga and other wellness activities. When there is not enough space in Ayushman Arogya Mandir, the area required for Yoga / Other Wellness Activities can be allocated to the nearest school, Panchayat Bhawan, Anganwadi Center or other community places.
13. Hand a request letter along with the required particulars and prescribed format at the Ayushman Arogya Mandir (AYUSH) / HWC / Ayush Dispensary or drop it in person at the Office. The Committee can make corrections/amendments in this advertisement and change the date of Walk-In-Interview, based on their needs.
